Casual Mechanical Fitters

to join our expanding

Southwest Service Delivery Team . Working across our Southwest portfolio of mining and industrial clients, you will be responsible for the inspection, overhaul, assembly and maintenance of mechanical equipment, ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient operation of plant and equipment.

This role offers ongoing opportunities across shutdowns, maintenance activities and project work throughout Western Australia's Southwest region, supporting a range of materials handling equipment and mining operations.

With a range of roster patterns available across our Southwest portfolio, this role provides flexibility for candidates seeking a work schedule that aligns with their family life, personal commitments, or preferred work-life balance. Whether you're looking for regular site work, varied shutdown opportunities, or only a few days of work each week, we have a range of options to suit.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect, diagnose, overhaul, and assemble mechanical equipment.

Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and breakdown response activities.

Interpret and work from technical and engineering drawings.

Complete shutdown, project, and maintenance work across various mining and industrial sites.

Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and company procedures.

Accurately complete required documentation and reports.

To be successful in this role, you will have:





Mechanical Fitter Trade Qualification.

Minimum 2 years' experience working on mining sites.

Current Australian C-Class Driver's Licence.

Current High Risk Work Licence.

Entry & Work in Confined Spaces.

Working at Heights.

Gas Test Atmospheres.

First Attack Firefighting Equipment.

Robust commitment to safe work practices.

Ability to travel and work across sites within Western Australia's Southwest region.
