About The Role Addition Projects is seeking a NSW based Project Manager to help grow our presence and manage shopfitting / fit out projects throughout Australia.

This role combines business development, estimating, client relationship management and project delivery.

You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, meeting with clients, preparing quotations, securing projects and overseeing successful delivery.

This is not a role where you sit behind a desk waiting for opportunities to arrive.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being out in the market, building relationships, identifying opportunities and helping grow the business.

At the same time, you’ll need the commercial and organisational skills to ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably and to a high standard.

You’ll be provided with a fully maintained company vehicle, laptop and mobile phone and will work remotely while being supported by our Sunshine Coast based team.

Key Responsibilities Business Development

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

Identify and pursue project opportunities

Attend client meetings and site inspections

Generate leads and convert opportunities into awarded projects

Represent Addition Projects professionally within the marketplace

Prepare accurate quotations and project estimates





Review project documentation and specifications

Assess project scope and commercial risks

Manage pricing submissions and follow-up discussions

Project Delivery

Manage projects from award through to completion

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and project resources

Monitor budgets, schedules and project profitability

Maintain strong communication with clients throughout delivery

Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard

What We’re Looking For

Experience in construction, fit-out, shopfitting or a related industry

Experience preparing quotations and estimates

Solid client relationship and communication skills

Commercial awareness and sound business judgement

Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes

Current Australian Driver’s Licence

Knowledge of Buildxact software will be a plus.
