Sales Coordinator

to join our team based in Lytton. This full-time role is perfect for someone eager to grow their skills in sales and operations within a dynamic road transport business.

About the role This position offers hands-on exposure to complex logistics and the prospect to support high-profile transport projects. You'll work closely with a supportive and experienced team, developing your capabilities in quoting, tendering, project coordination, and client communications.

Key responsibilities include:

Create and manage submissions for quotes and tenders

Use the internal house-based quote register for tracking and updates

Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate quoting and client information

Source pricing from subcontractors and suppliers

Provide communication as required to clients, internal teams, and third-party providers

Provide support to the Operations team when required

About You





We are seeking a candidate with a positive and open mindset with the right aptitude and / or background in the road transport industry or can evidence proven sales experience.

Familiar with MS Office applications (word, excel and outlook)

High attention to detail and comfort working with numbers

Strong organisational and communication skills

The ability to adapt quickly and handle multiple tasks

A friendly and professional telephone manner
