Flybuys is seeking a senior product leader to own the strategy and roadmap for member engagement. You will translate member and partner needs into a transparent product vision, prioritise investments and drive cross-functional delivery with engineering, design, data and marketing.

You will lead, coach and develop a squad, partnering with external partners to align roadmaps and land joint outcomes, while guiding GTM and launch readiness across channels.
