rigorous, commercially sharp quantitative work . They're growing their client service and insights team and want someone who loves the numbers but also wants to

shape the story they tell . The Role

You’ll work on large-scale tracking and custom quant programs, taking data from raw survey output through to

insight-led recommendations clients actually act on . You’ll be close to the client, close to the data, and trusted with more than just the charts. You’ll be: Owning the analysis

on quant projects, from data checks and tables through to the "so what" Digging into survey data

to find the patterns, outliers and shifts that actually matter Working across

tracking, segmentation and custom quant analysis Turning numbers into a clear, commercially relevant story

clients can act on Building

and stepping up in client meetings Collaborating with teams across Sydney, Melbourne and international offices Getting hands-on with

the latest research and data tools, including AI What You'll Bring

1-2+ years in

quantitative market research, insights or analytics , agency or client-side Confidence analysing survey data in

Q or SPSS A love of

data visualisation and telling stories with numbers Sharp attention to detail and genuine pride in quality A can-do, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude Financial services exposure is a bonus, not a must What's On Offer
