GWEN Creative is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced

Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

to join our team at our Southport HQ.

This role will initially be

part-time, four days per week , with the potential to move into a full time position for the right person.

We’re looking for someone who already has hands-on experience managing social media accounts and is confident stepping into a client-facing role.

Agency experience is highly regarded.

WE’RE HIRING Social Media & Marketing Coordinator THE ROLE You’ll work across a portfolio of GWEN Creative clients and be responsible for bringing their social media presence to life, from strategy and planning through to content creation, scheduling, community management and reporting.

Managing multiple client social media accounts

Building monthly content plans and calendars

Writing engaging, on-brand social media copy

Creating and editing short-form video content

Attending and managing client content shoots

Scheduling and publishing content across social platforms

Community management and engagement

Monthly analytics and reporting

Communicating directly with clients and managing approvals

Supporting basic Meta advertising campaigns

Assisting with events and other creative projects across the agency

ABOUT YOU You’ll ideally have:

Previous experience managing multiple social media accounts professionally

Agency experience or experience managing multiple brands/clients at once





Strong content creation and short-form video skills

Confidence using Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite and Google Workspace.

Strong copywriting and communication skills

Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager

Excellent organisation and time management skills

Confidence communicating directly with clients

A proactive attitude and ability to take ownership of your accounts

A genuine interest in social media, content, marketing and events

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is organised, creative, reliable and genuinely enjoys working as part of a small, fast-moving team.

THE DETAILS Southport, Gold Coast

Four days per week, with potential to become full-time

Initially office-based, with the potential for one WFH day per week once established

Looking to commence as soon as possible
