The Role As Senior Property Manager, you will take ownership of a residential portfolio of approximately 200 properties while delivering a high standard of service to landlords and tenants. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Managing maintenance, repairs and contractor relationships
Conducting and overseeing property inspections
Managing arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals
Resolving tenant enquiries and disputes professionally
Preparing property updates and recommendations for landlords
Ensuring compliance with NSW residential tenancy legislation
Coordinating leasing requirements where required
Managing lease documentation and applications
Monitoring portfolio performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a high standard of compliance
