You will coordinate high-quality in-home care services across Far North Queensland, working closely with clients, families and healthcare professionals to help people live safely and independently at home. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma of Nursing with current AHPRA registration (not essential), a Certificate IV in Ageing Support, and have experience in community aged care or home care.
