About the Role Rumour has it... first impressions matter

That’s why we’re on the lookout for experienced Reception/Admin staff to keep our front-of-house running smoothly. You’ll be the first friendly face people meet, the calm in the chaos, and the heartbeat of our client experience.

NOTE:

NOOKAL and multi-disciplinary allied health experience will be highly regarded.

You must be able to work Monday to Friday, flexibility from 7am to 7pm.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Answering calls and managing patient enquiries with warmth and professionalism

Booking appointments and managing diaries for our multidisciplinary team

Processing payments and claims via HICAPS, Medicare, NDIS, and DVA

Supporting clinicians with admin tasks and daily operations
