OCU Group is seeking an onboarding specialist to manage end-to-end onboarding from offer to mobilisation for a growing Australian team. You’ll coordinate contracts, compliance and mobilisation, while ensuring records are accurate and workflows are effective across Employment Hero and related systems.

You’ll collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People & Culture and Health & Safety teams to schedule inductions, medicals and site requirements, keeping stakeholders updated on progress and start
