Central Asphalt Group is seeking an experienced Asphalt Supervisor to lead road surfacing operations across multiple projects in Victoria. You will oversee two asphalt crews, coordinate profiling, delivery, paving, compaction and QA, and ensure works meet safety, quality and schedule requirements. The role demands solid technical knowledge of asphalt paving, excellent planning, resource management and the ability to communicate with clients, project managers and subcontractors.
