ABOUT THE ROLE RDH are seeking experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanics for Site Based FIFO projectson a 2:1 roster. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform planned preventative and breakdown maintenance on Civil and Mining mobile plant

Diagnose and troubleshoot faults across a diverse fleet

Work across an expansive range of Heavy Earthmoving Equipment (300+ RDH-owned assets)

Maintain equipment to ensure reliability and sustainable operations

Work independently on site or collaboratively within the workshop team

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES

Experience across Heavy Mobile Plant, Trucks and Trailers

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capability

Ability to work independently in rapid-paced environments

Flexible and adaptable mindset

Solutions-focused approach

Professional, safe and timely work practices

Strong communication skills

Currently located in WA with full Australian working rights

Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening

Satisfactory National Police Clearance

EDUCATION, LICENCES AND TRAINING

Australian-recognised Trade Qualification (Heavy Diesel / Mobile Plant)

Valid Australian HR Driver’s License

Construction Induction (White/Blue Card)

Mobile Plant Technology Trade (highly regarded)

Air-conditioning license & experience (highly regarded)
