Senior Associate - Family Office, Corporate Advisory and Private Capital We represent a National Commercial Law Firm who is looking for an experienced Senior Associate to join their busy corporate team.

The Role You will work closely with a highly reputable Partner on a broad range of corporate, private capital and transactional matters. The role offers direct client exposure, meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to work with sophisticated private clients, investors and businesses across a national platform.

Key responsibilities:

Advising on private capital, investment and structuring matters

Running and assisting on private M&A; and corporate transactions

Drafting and negotiating transaction documents, shareholder arrangements and related agreements

Advising on capital raisings and broader corporate finance matters

Working directly with clients on transaction strategy and execution





Supporting cross-border matters involving international clients and advisers

About you

5+ years PAE with experience in in corporate law, M&A;, or capital markets, from a well-regarded firm.

Robust drafting, advocacy, and analytical skills

Commercial mindset with a practical approach to problem solving

Experience managing or assisting on complex disputes with expertise in relevant legislation and policy.

Confident working in a lean team with ownership of matters and strategy input

Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable in a high-performance environment
