Already a trusted name throughout Australia, our client is looking for an experienced BDM to manage Gold Coast and Brisbane's southern suburbs.

The Opportunity You'll drive business growth across your region, working directly with decision-makers in the commercial and residential construction sectors.

Deliver a targeted sales strategy to grow market share across multi-residential, commercial and residential projects

Engage early with architects and engineers to get your product specified, then convert through to head contractors and installers

Develop tailored solutions that meet project-specific technical and structural requirements

Build long-term relationships with builders, developers, engineers and key sub-contractors





Manage projects from initial concept through to on-site delivery, ensuring strong client outcomes and repeat business

Deliver confident, executive-level presentations

About you

A strong understanding of the local construction market

3+ years' business development or account management experience in construction materials, structural systems or a related building trade product

A proven record of managing long sales cycles and closing high-value deals

Able to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings, and keen to learn evolving product configurations

Current unrestricted Australian driver's licence, with the ability to travel across the region

Self-motivated, with excellent negotiation, presentation and time-management skills
