About the Role We're looking for a
Seasonal Sales Assistants
to join our brand new Blue Illusion
Canberra Centre and Belconnen
boutiques during the busy peak trading season. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive team, helping to create exceptional customer experiences while contributing to the day-to-day success of the boutique. This seasonal prospect will run from October through to the 31st of January 2026, with the potential to extend out the contact into the new year.
You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy building genuine connections with customers, have a passion for delivering outstanding service, and take pride in maintaining a welcoming and beautifully presented retail environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Creating exceptional customer experiences through personalised service and styling advice
Processing deliveries and maintaining an organised stockroom
Assisting with online order fulfilment and click-and-collect orders
Supporting visual merchandising to showcase our collections and brand standards
Building strong product knowledge to confidently assist customers
Working collaboratively with your team to achieve boutique goals
Bringing our values of Customers, Community, Fashion and Lifestyle to life every day
What We're Looking For
A genuine passion for customer service and creating meaningful connections
Previous retail, hospitality or customer-facing experience (fashion retail experience is highly regarded)
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends and late-night trading during peak season
Strong communication and teamwork skills
