About the Role We are a small, well-established manufacturing business based in Acacia Ridge and are looking for an experienced TIG Welder to join our team on a full time casual basis.

The successful applicant will be skilled in TIG welding aluminium and capable of producing high-quality work. As a small company, we are seeking someone who is flexible, takes pride in their work, and is willing to assist with a variety of tasks across the workshop when required.

No two days are the same, so a positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed are essential.

Key Responsibilities

TIG welding of aluminium components to a high standard

Sheet metal fabrication and assembly

Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

Fabrication, fitting and finishing of manufactured products

Assembly of mechanical components





Packing completed products for dispatch

General workshop duties and housekeeping

Assisting with other production tasks as required

About You To be successful in this role you will have:

Proven experience TIG welding aluminium

Experience in sheet metal fabrication

Ability to work accurately from drawings and specifications

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Good problem-solving skills and a practical approach to work

Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team

A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to perform a variety of workshop tasks

A trade qualification as a Sheet Metal Worker (Fabrication Tradesperson) is highly regarded but not essential. Applicants with extensive relevant industry experience are encouraged to apply.
