Prepare, cook and present high-quality modern Australian bistro meals and manage your section efficiently during service. The role offers regular weekday shifts Tuesday to Friday with occasional weekend work, no split shifts, and opportunities for menu development. Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and robust knife skills are essential.
