CBRE Asia Pacific in Brisbane is seeking a Site-based Facilities Manager to take ownership of day-to-day hard and soft services across a premium industrial portfolio. You will manage contractors and service providers, be the face of FM for occupants and ownership, and ensure WHS and risk controls.

You will also handle budgeting, monthly reporting and variance analysis, contributing to a well-run asset with strong team support and growth opportunities opportunities.
