Seven West Media in Perth is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop a Northern WA sales team across multiple locations. You will coach coordinators and sales reps, drive performance, and foster solid customer engagement while aligning with workforce plans and business priorities.

You will partner with internal stakeholders to support growth, manage recruitment and development, and travel occasionally to regional markets to stay connected with local dynamics and opportunities.
