The role
Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware, server and network issues. Prioritise and resolve support tickets to maintain system reliability. Provide technical support and escalation assistance to team members. Contribute to projects and improvements in operational efficiency. Share knowledge and support best practices across the team. About you
At least 1-2 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware. At least 1 year of computer networking experience. A qualification in IT, computer science or a related discipline. Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure. A collaborative approach and clear communication skills. What you need to know
These are onsite roles supporting a 24/7 operation, with a rotating roster. You’ll need a valid driver’s licence, your own vehicle and the ability to safely undertake physical tasks, including lifting equipment and using ladders.
