Holstep Health in Melbourne's northern suburbs is seeking a Generalist HR Advisor on a full time, fixed-term basis to June 2027. You will work with a P&C; Business Partner to provide timely, practical HR advice across the employee lifecycle and employee relations, contributing to enterprise bargaining and strategic P&C; projects. You will coordinate P&C; initiatives and support engagement surveys and position description work, while travelling between Holstep Health sites as required.
