Shop Assistant – Harris Farm Markets (Mosman) We're after casual team members who bring energy, a positive attitude, and a love for positive food. Welcoming customers with a smile and top-notch service

Keeping our shelves fresh, full and looking their best

Creating displays that wow and inspire

Making sure signage and pricing are spot-on

Helping behind the scenes to keep stock in order

Keeping things clean, safe and running smoothly

What we're looking for:

Customer service experience (retail or hospitality is great)

A team player who communicates well and brings good vibes

A love for fresh food and all things local

Someone who's flexible with availability (we're a 7-day-a-week kind of store)

About the role We are currently looking for an individual to join our exciting store working as a Full Time Shop Assistant.

Key responsibilities will include;

Provide excellent customer service and assist our customers with all our fantastic products

Surprise and delight the customers with consistent, delicious food

Ensure fresh and appealing displays by ensuring your stores are fully stocked and clean with creative displays

Maintain accurate department signage and pricing

Putting the WOW in everything you do

Use your team building experience to maintain and happy and safe working environment

Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised working and shopping environment

Assist with food crew sampling programs, keeping sample areas full, clean, and appealing

Going the extra mile for our Customers

Skills required

Will have previous customer service experience

Enjoy working in a customer service environment

Like being around others and creating an enjoyable place to work

Have excellent communication skills

Be passionate about good food
