Mooroolbark College in Melbourne's outer east seeks a Head of House to lead a vertical House and its team, including a House Leader, Cluster Leaders, and mentors. The role focuses on student wellbeing, engagement and high-quality teaching across year levels.

You will work with the School Improvement Team, SWPBS, VTLM and ensure alignment with the College's strategic plan; responsibilities include budget management, leading skilled learning, and reporting to College Council.
