You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs targeting mobility, function, and care plan reviews. This full-time, permanent role includes travel within Maitland, Minlaton and Kadina and opportunities for group sessions, one-to-one interventions, and ongoing career development within a supportive team.
