We are currently seeking a Multimedia Designer Specialist to join the team

This role designs and produces engaging multimedia assets across retail and commercial touchpoints, in line with E&S; brand guidelines, and collaborates closely with the Creative, Digital, Retail, and Category teams to deliver campaigns that enhance the customer experience and drive sales. This is a full time ongoing position working 38 hours per week in Noble Park North, VIC. Main tasks

Develop innovative campaign concepts that maximise the impact of promotional assets and supplier offers, across in-store POS (print, video, animation) and digital ads/website banners

Create designs for commercial department materials: booklets, flyers, event/experience invitations, EDMs, and construction site signage

Develop and produce digital multimedia content across platforms, including presentations, electronic outdoor media, social media, EDMs, and event invitations

Design and animate visually engaging artwork for the E&S; website,



providing technical advice to enhance visual and consumer experience

Design and produce indoor and outdoor signage for showrooms, warehouse, and support centre, including posters, window graphics, and store signage/displays

Collaborate with the Creative Manager, Digital and Retail Campaign Managers, and Category Managers to elevate E&S; campaigns in line with objectives and brand guidelines

Partner with e-Commerce to design and integrate visual solutions that improve the website user experience

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create assets, campaigns, and brand marketing actions that drive sales

Required/Relevant Qualifications & Work Experience:

Minimum of relevant bachelor’s degree or higher qualification, plus minimum 1 year’ relevant work experience in the last 5 years.

Required/Relevant Skills & Knowledge:

Demonstrated experience producing a wide range of multimedia assets, including printed materials (catalogues, point-of-sale) and digital content (web banners, digital advertisements, videos, and animations)

Previous experience within publishing companies, design studios, agencies, or marketing departments highly regarded (minimum 3 years)

Annual salary will be between $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 (plus superannuation) depending on level of experience. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
