Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the chefs with daily kitchen preparation and service

Preparing ingredients and assisting across different sections of the kitchen

Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency

Keeping your section clean, organised and well stocked

Following food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards

Working as part of a collaborative and energetic kitchen team

Learning recent techniques and developing your culinary skills

What we are looking for:

Previous experience as a cook or a commis chef

A genuine passion for cooking and hospitality

Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume environment





Great attention to detail and pride in your work

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Experience with Asian or Chinese cuisine is advantageous, but not essential
