Property Manager / Asset Manager (Office) A well-established national commercial property advisory business with a strong reputation across property leasing and asset management. THE ROLE This is a site-based position managing a large busy, multi-tenanted commercial office asset on the CBD fringe. The role focuses heavily on tenant relationships, lease renewals, and overseeing property management. You'll work closely with an on-site Facilities Manager and Engineer on site, allowing you to focus on the commercial and tenant-facing aspects of the property.

Your responsibilities will include:

Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, handling enquiries, disputes and ongoing communication

Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews and lease administration

Prepare budgets, forecasts, outgoings reconciliations and financial reporting

Manage tenant correspondence, including formal and legal documentation

Work closely with the Facilities Manager and Engineer on maintenance and compliance matters





Conduct property inspections and ensure statutory compliance

Manage the owner / client’s expectations

THE PERSON

5+ years' experience in commercial property management/asset management

Strong experience managing multi-tenanted commercial office or retail buildings

Confident communicator & strong willed operator who can who can handle difficult stakeholders

Sound understanding of commercial leases, rent reviews and statutory obligations

Strong financial acumen across budgeting, reporting and outgoings reconciliations

NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

Available for an immediate start or at short notice (ideally but essential)
