Accounts Payable Assistant - Iconic Luxury Brand

The Role A rare opportunity to join one of the world's most recognisable luxury brands in a key finance role. As Accounts Payable Assistant, you will take ownership of the end-to-end AP function, working closely with the Financial Accountant and broader Finance team in a fast-paced, high-standard workplace. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a $87,500 package and the prestige of working for a globally recognised luxury brand. What You'll Be Doing

Managing the full accounts payable function including invoice processing, coding,



and approvals Processing weekly vendor payments and preparing remittances Maintaining and updating the vendor database and resolving supplier inquiries Processing employee expense claims Preparing and analysing aged payables reports for management Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes on an ad-hoc basis Providing invoice approval system support to internal users The Ideal Candidate Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance Experience in a similar AP or finance role Experience with SAP highly desirable Advanced Excel skills High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines What's on Offer $87,500 total package Permanent full-time role with a globally recognised luxury brand Collaborative and professional finance team environment Sydney CBD location
