Key Responsibilities
• Assist with daily living, personal care, meal prep, and household tasks.
• Facilitate community, social, and recreational participation aligned with NDIS goals.
• Maintain safeguarding standards, privacy, and accurate progress reporting.
• Assist participants with basic care technologies and digital tools. Key Requirements
• Experience in disability or community support, with a person-centred approach.
• Solid communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant qualification in Disability, Community Services, or related field (or currently studying).
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children Check, First Aid certification, and Australian working rights.
