Australian Mentoring Services (AMS) is growing in Western Sydney, and we're looking for a confident, capable SIL Practice Leader with strong experience supporting participants with complex Autism (ASD) and psychosocial disability. This is not a desk-only leadership role. This is hands-on, purpose-driven leadership where your expertise shapes lives.

You'll:



Lead and develop mentors across multiple homes Implement and review behaviour support strategies Drive compliance with NDIS Practice Standards Work closely with families, clinicians, and stakeholders Champion a robust, accountable, positive team culture What You Bring 3+ years' experience in SIL or complex NDIS settings Strong background supporting complex ASD & psychosocial disability Leadership experience supervising and developing teams Solid knowledge of behaviour support frameworks Cert IV or higher in Disability, Mental Health or Community Services Driver's licence and ability to travel locally Why AMS?
