Work Arrangement: Full-time | On-site (Melbourne) Danford Education Group is looking for an energetic, results-driven and highly motivated Marketing & Student Recruitment individual to join our growing team in Melbourne. This is an exciting chance for a passionate education professional with a proven track record in onshore student recruitment, business development and education agent relationship management. You will represent our three institutions:
• Danford Higher Education
• Danford College (VET)
• Bayside English (ELICOS)

Key Responsibilities
? Student Recruitment & Enrolment
• Drive student recruitment across Higher Education, VET and ELICOS programs.
• Promote study and pathway opportunities across our three institutions.
• Provide course information and guidance to prospective students.
• Manage student enquiries and convert applications into successful enrolments. ? Business Development & Partnerships
• Identify and develop new student recruitment markets and opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with education agents, schools, universities, colleges, employers and corporate partners.
• Develop partnerships with government departments and scholarship organisations where appropriate.
• Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to business growth. ? Education Agent Management
• Recruit, develop and manage a productive network of education agents.
• Conduct product training and provide ongoing support to agent partners.




• Maintain strong agent engagement through regular communication and visits.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with institutional policies and relevant regulatory requirements. ? Marketing & Promotion
• Represent Danford at education exhibitions, seminars and recruitment events.
• Organise and deliver information sessions and webinars.
• Support social media campaigns and local marketing initiatives.
• Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and student enrolments. What We're Looking For ✅ Minimum 2 years' experience in onshore international student recruitment in Australia – essential. ✅ Established relationships with education agents and an understanding of the Australian international education sector. ✅ Demonstrated ability to generate student enrolments and achieve recruitment targets. ✅ Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. ✅ Proactive, energetic, commercially minded and hungry for success. ✅ Ability to work independently, take initiative and deliver measurable results. ✅ Willingness to undertake agent visits and attend recruitment events.
