As Thriving Kids begins to reshape the early intervention landscape in NSW, Project Superhero is expanding our team and looking for clinicians who want to be part of what comes next. We’d love to hear from: Speech Pathologists Occupational Therapists Psychologists / Provisional Psychologists We welcome experienced clinicians, early-career practitioners and motivated new graduates. Our work is mobile and community-based, supporting children in their homes, preschools, schools and everyday environments. This is deliberate: our approach is grounded in naturalistic, play-based early intervention, including the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), with a robust focus on working alongside families and educators where children actually learn and participate. We’re open to full-time, part-time and contractor arrangements.
