WE'RE HIRING – MILLY'S CAFÉ St Marys Rugby League Club is looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Café All-Rounder to join our Milly's Cafe team We're looking for someone who loves working in a busy café environment and is just as comfortable preparing food in the kitchen as they are serving customers with a smile. What You'll Be Doing
• Preparing and cooking café-style meals, including breakfast and lunch items
• Assisting with food preparation and kitchen operations
• Taking orders, serving customers and operating the POS
• Preparing coffees and other beverages
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work workplace
• Jumping between the kitchen and front of house as needed to support the team What we're looking for
- We're looking for an experienced Café All-Rounder who can hit the ground running You'll be confident working as both a short-order cook and barista, with the skills to move seamlessly between the kitchen and front of house in a busy café environment.




• Previous experience in a café, kitchen or hospitality workplace
• Confidence working in both food preparation and customer service
• A positive attitude and willingness to get involved wherever needed
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliability, flexibility and a strong work ethic
