We're looking for professional Italian-speaking voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality vocal content and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping frontier AI systems sound natural, expressive, and authentically human. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a trained voice, fluency in Italian, and a passion for quality performance.

What You'll Do
• Record high-quality Italian voice samples based on provided scripts and prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, rhythm, and expressiveness
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve the quality of AI-generated Italian speech
• Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity, natural flow, and authentic delivery
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule Who You Are
• Fluent in Italian — native or near-native speaker with strong command of natural spoken Italian




• Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar professional voice work
• Equipped with a high-quality microphone and access to a quiet, controlled recording environment
• Able to deliver explicit, expressive, and engaging vocal performances consistently
• Detail-oriented when assessing pronunciation, tone, pacing, and vocal clarity
• No prior AI or tech experience required Nice to Have
• Experience with studio recording, broadcast, or professional audio production
• Familiarity with audio editing tools or DAW software
• Knowledge of regional Italian accents and dialectal variation
