• Reviewing your prequalified pipeline
- focus your energy on warm and hot leads
• Guiding future homeowners through their journey with understanding and confidence
• Updating the CRM and staying ahead of the game

• Building relationships with the construction crew so you can update your contract holders
• Managing contracts, tracking variations, and keeping the backend tidy
