Make a real difference in your local community The Prospect We’re urgently looking for Community Support Workers living in the North Region (Meadow Heights/Templestowe ). In this rewarding role, you’ll support elderly clients to live safely and independently in their own homes—while staying connected to their community. What You’ll Be Doing
• Providing social support, companionship, and meaningful engagement
• Delivering personal care with dignity and respect
• Supporting with domestic tasks
• Community Access What You’ll Get
• Ongoing support from experienced mentors and team leaders
• Paid induction and continuous training
• Regular weekday roster (Mon–Fri, between 7am–6pm)
• Minimum 3-4 days availability required
• What We’re Looking For
• Caring, empathetic, and reliable individuals
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Disability,
Community (or studying Nursing – highly regarded)
• Disability/Aged Care experience
• Driver’s licence + reliable insured vehicle (essential)
• Current checks (or willingness to obtain): First Aid/CPR, Police Check, NDIS, WWCC
