Location, Parramatta NSW POSITION: Solicitor ROLE: FULL TIME CL Compensation Lawyers is an award-winning personal injury law firm based in Parramatta. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Solicitor with a minimum of 2–3 years PQE to join our Parramatta team, ideally with prior experience in NSW Workers Compensation/WID claims. You will manage your own files and work closely with our friendly and high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters
• Provide sound legal advice and advocacy with a client-first approach
• Draft correspondence, submissions, and court documents
• Maintain compliance with legal procedures and court deadlines
• Actively contribute to the firm's success and team culture Essential Criteria
• 2–3 years post-admission experience in personal injury law,
preferably with experience in Workers Compensation/WID and CTP matters
• Proven ability to manage matters independently from start to finish
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• High attention to detail and a client-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently
• Familiarity with IRO and Personal Injury Commission processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
