About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (D365 SCM) Consultant to join our team in Sydney, Australia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with D365 SCM, particularly in Warehouse Management (WMS), Inventory Management, and Procurement & Sourcing. You will work closely with senior consultants, project managers, and clients to support solution delivery, optimise business processes, and contribute to successful project implementations. ?

Key Responsibilities
1. D365 Functional Consulting
• Configure and support D365 SCM, particularly WMS, Inventory, and Procurement & Sourcing.
• Assist with client workshops and requirements gathering.
• Translate business processes into functional documentation.
• Support configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities. 2. Business Process Analysis
• Analyse warehouse workflows and procurement lifecycles.
• Identify opportunities to optimise processes using D365 capabilities.
• Document business requirements and conduct fit-gap analyses. 3. Training & Documentation
• Develop user guides, SOPs, and training materials.
• Conduct training sessions for warehouse and procurement teams.
• Support change management and user adoption. 4. Testing & Go-Live Support
• Prepare and execute Unit, SIT, and UAT test scripts.
• Support cutover, hypercare, and issue resolution. 5. Data & System Support




• Assist with master data setup and validation.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, and system readiness. ? Required Skills & Experience
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and procurement workflows.
• Experience with functional configuration, testing, and implementation support.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. ✨ Preferred Skills
• Experience with advanced WMS features, including location directives, work templates, and mobile device functionality.
• Familiarity with procurement features such as RFQs and vendor collaboration.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate).
• MB-300 or MB-330 certification, or willingness to pursue certification. ? Personal Attributes
