We are urgently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Female Support Worker to support a participant in Waterloo, NSW.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
* Support community access, appointments, and recreational activities.
* Encourage independence and participation in meaningful activities.
* Build a positive, respectful, and supportive relationship with the participant.
* Promote safety, dignity, and individual choice. Requirements




* Minimum 2 years of experience in the disability support sector.
* Full Australian driver’s licence.
* Own reliable vehicle.
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one.
* Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
* Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
* Flexible availability.
