Responsibilities:
• Collaborate in B2B technical discussions to determine optimal electrical protection and safety solutions for perfectly fitted requirements.
• Provide high-level, responsive technical support and expert troubleshooting across our comprehensive specialist catalogue.
• Execute detailed technical quotations and accurate product specifications ensuring industry demands are met.




• Partner seamlessly with internal sales teams to translate complex technical information into clear commercial outcomes.
• Nurture long-lasting relationships with wholesalers, contractors, consulting engineers, and end-users. Must-Have

Requirements:
• Completed degree qualification in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven commercial experience in a technical support or technical sales environment.
• Strong technical aptitude with an understanding of electrical protection and safety systems.
• Outstanding communication skills and a proactive, "whatever it takes" problem-solving attitude.
• Valid Driver's License and an appropriate Australian or New Zealand work visa. Salary Range: $85,000
- $100,000 per year + Superannuation + Company Bonus, paired with continuous professional development and career stability.
