The GigG'day, change and training trailblazersCloud Delivered is on the hunt for a hands-on Change and Training Lead to join a small, committed crew delivering a significant training and documentation program. Picture this: You're the practitioner at the centre of an eight month engagement — in Hobart. You're not managing someone else's work; you're the one interpreting processes, writing the content, and standing in front of stakeholders to validate it. This gig covers multiple stakeholder groups across a wide range of business processes. You'll run workshops, hold weekly progress meetings, author operational manuals and user guides, build self-paced e-learning modules, and produce facilitator resources for a train-the-trainer model. • Hands on Articulate 360 authoring across Rise and Storyline, producing source files someone else can pick up and maintain.
• Change management and training delivery on government or enterprise system implementations.
• Workshop facilitation in front of mixed stakeholder groups, from internal operational staff through to external portal users.
• Accessibility practice to WCAG 2.1 AA, and the ability to evidence it.
• The ability to estimate effort by process complexity and then hold to the estimate.
• A recognised change management certification, for example APMG Change Management Practitioner or Prosci, and a relevant tertiary qualification. Desirable Criteria
• Vocational education and training sector knowledge: apprenticeships and traineeships, registered training organisations, or grant administration.
• Tasmanian Government or other Australian public sector experience.
