• advise on tax structuring and implementation for M&A;, divestments, joint ventures and other strategic transactions.
• Assist with rulings, clearances and engagement with revenue authorities
• Advise on tax clauses and risk allocation for a range of transaction and financing documents About you:
• 2 to 8 years post admission experience of Australian taxation law, gained in a leading law or professional services firm.
• Confidence working directly with clients and other advisers
