• Port Botany Location We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to work in a team of 3 for a large transport & logistics business in Port Botany. The ideal candidate will be a self starter and demonstrate an ability to hit the ground running. Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, you'll assist with the end-to-end accounts receivable function, help cash flow outcomes and ensure accuracy, compliance and great service to all stakeholders. The Roles Will Be Responsible But Not Limited To
• Accounts Receivables
• Debtor reporting
• Managing records and receipts
• Reconciling daily bank reconciliation
• Processing COD Payments and customer invoices
• Follow up payments as required and liaise with debtors and debt collection
• Customer Service




• Credit control
• Supporting the Finance Manager Required Skills
• Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task & work well under pressure
• Desire to progress their career
• Ability to problem solve and effective decision-making skills
