About The Role
Reporting to our Digital Design Lead, the Senior Digital Designer will take designs from concept to delivery, bringing ideas to life in a way that's true to each client's identity, vision and aesthetic. Working across email, paid and organic social, web and brand, you'll create beautiful, high-performing creative for leading fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands. One day you're designing a Klaviyo flow built to convert and the next you're creating scroll-stopping Meta and TikTok ads, animating GIFs and MP4s and retouching campaign imagery. You’ll work closely with our Paid team to understand each client’s brand and objectives, using moodboards and performance data to shape creative that delivers on both. What success looks like Clients sign off on your work with few rounds of feedback because you've nailed their brand the first time. Your EDMs and ads don't just look good; they give our paid team creative that tests well and scales. You work at pace and are able to stick to allocated work time, ensuring our creative workflow maintains its flow. About you You're a designer with taste and a commercial brain.



You know the difference between pretty and performing and you can design for both. You've got 6 + years of experience, ideally in an agency working with fashion, beauty, lifestyle or eCommerce brands. You live in Adobe Creative Suite, you're confident in Figma, and you understand how positive UX drives conversion. Klaviyo experience is a big plus. So is motion, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro. You're curious about AI tools and how they can speed things up without cutting corners. You can juggle multiple projects with minimal hand-holding, present your thinking with confidence and not take feedback personally.
