Key Responsibilities
• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and configuration of UIH diagnostic imaging equipment within assigned product lines, including DR, CT, MR, PET, etc.
• Work closely with the Customer Care Center (regional and headquarters teams) to conduct troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and system upgrades under guidance.
• Participate in internal and external service training programs and progress toward completion of UIH Professional Certification to enhance technical capability and service quality.
• Provide timely technical support to customers, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and customer satisfaction is maintained.
• Escalate technical or service-related issues appropriately when contractual commitments or customer satisfaction are at risk.
• Deliver on-site technical guidance and basic operation training to customers as required.
• Complete service reports, installation documentation, and other tasks assigned by supervisors. Qualifications
• Associate degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering,



Medical Imaging, Automation, IT, or related technical disciplines.
• Solid understanding of the principles and structure of diagnostic imaging equipment, such as DR, CT, MR, PET, etc.
• Hands-on capability to diagnose, analyze, and troubleshoot system faults in a field service environment.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, travel frequently, and respond to service calls outside regular

working hours
when required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Proficiency in IT fundamentals, Microsoft Office tools, and basic networking infrastructure. Core Competencies
