Senior Manager, FX & Treasury Dealing Unit of Treasury Department is responsible for preparing the sale budget plan, treasury dealing process and procedure, manage oversea & local FX and other treasury product sale with competitive advantage, determine the exchange rate both local and oversea FX, and ensure treasury income reach to the annual target plan. Main Duties
• Support Head of Treasury department in preparing the sales budget, ensure the annual increase of treasury sales and income for both local and overseas FX;
• Organize and manage FX and Treasury sales functions in determining the daily exchange rate for all available currencies to align with the current market rate and competitors on time and improve FX sales from time to time with the competitive advantage;
• Manage in the FX and Treasury sales function by work closely with International department, operations department and branches for FX dealing process & procedure, special rate offers and timely settlement to meet customer needs;
• Manage, monitor and ensure the compliance with the regulators in such ratios: Net Open Position (NOP), Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) and inter requirement like FX Exposure etc;
• Upskill team members through on the job coaching and identifying areas of improvement, training and development needs for subordinators and ensure that the required training program are budgeted and executed;
• Contribute to build valuable working environment at workplace by fostering good relationship with one another,



and maintaining strong liaisons with other stakeholders;
• Set the key performance indicators (KPIs) for subordinator and monitor on their performance to achieve the set target;
• Perform any other relevant duties assigned by Head of Treasury Department. Skills/ Experiences
• Bachelor’s degree/Master Degree of Finance or any related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in treasury, finance and management field.
• FX Sales & Trading Strategies skill.
• Risk management analysis skill.
• Technical Knowledge on FX & Treasury Product.
• Leadership skill.
• Strong communication skill.
• Strategic thinking.
