Due to continued growth, Delonix Solutions are seeking an experienced Senior Project Controller to join our team. In this role you be a key support in the successful financial and operational performance of engineering project, driving cost, schedule and risk management to ensure accurate forecasting, performance reporting and compliance with governance standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Track project costs against approved budgets.
• Support Project Engineers/Managers in preparing project cost reports and financial dashboards.
• Monitor project performance indicators, identifying variances and supporting change management / corrective action plans.
• Maintain accurate cost and revenue forecasts, identifying potential overruns early.
• Coordinate resource allocation across projects.
• Assist in tracking utilisation and reporting on resource performance.
• Compile regular project status reports and summaries for project managers and senior leadership (cost, schedule, resourcing).




• Support integration of project controls systems with financial and scheduling platforms. What You'll Bring?
• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years experience managing project finances and budget management across multiple concurrent projects.
• Familiarity with planning, resource management and scheduling tools (e.g. Primavera P6, MS Project)
• Strong knowledge of project control methodologies including Earned Value Management (EVM), cost control, and schedule analysis within the mining sector, ideally in brownfields and sustaining capital projects.
• A team-oriented and confident communicative style, being able to transfer knowledge across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Adaptable and proactive in dynamic environments, including start-up or growth-phase settings.
