E&I; Engineer-Maintenance | 8–12 Month Engagement | close to Melbourne CBD Specialised Management Group (SMG) is looking for an experienced E&I; Engineer
- Maintenance to join a sophisticated commercial and R&D; facility close to Melbourne CBD. This is an opportunity to take a hands-on leadership role coordinating planned and reactive maintenance, contractors, trades and service partners within a highly regulated environment. What you'll be responsible for:
• Leading day-to-day maintenance activities
• Coordinating electrical, instrumentation, calibration and building services maintenance
• Managing contractors and service delivery partners
• Planning and coordinating shutdown activities
• Supporting audits, compliance and quality requirements
• Maintaining maintenance schedules, records and asset information
• Leading a small onsite maintenance team
• Building solid relationships with the client and key stakeholders
• Ensuring safety,



quality and environmental standards are maintained We're looking for someone with: ✔ 5+ years' experience in a similar maintenance leadership/supervisory role ✔ Experience in a highly regulated environment ✔ Strong electrical and instrumentation maintenance knowledge ✔ Experience managing trades, contractors and subcontractors ✔ Excellent planning, communication and stakeholder skills ✔ Strong understanding of safety, quality and compliance requirements ✔ CMMS experience; SAP exposure is advantageous ✔ Relevant tertiary engineering qualification Melbourne CBD 8–12 month engagement $140,000–$155,000 + Super If you're an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys taking ownership, coordinating people and keeping a complex facility operating safely and effectively, we'd love to hear from you.
