About the role
We are on the hunt for an experienced Diesel Mechanic for workshop/field service on the Sunshine Coast. Role Details:
• Workshop and Field Service repairs on Heavy Earthmoving Plant, Road Transport, Agriculture Equipment and Light Vehicles
• Fault finding across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems
• Carry out scheduled servicing, preventative maintenance and component change-outs
• Conduct pre-starts, risk assessments and maintain a protected work area
• Maintain accurate service, repair and maintenance records About you
• Minimum +5 years post trade maintaining Earthmoving, Road Transport, Agriculture and LV's
• Strong understanding of various makes and models of machinery
• Trade qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic / Road Transport
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic and auto electrical diagnostic skills
• Reliable, practical and able to troubleshoot faults efficiently unsupervised
• HR License and Earthmoving Tickets are essential
• Spray Painting, Welding, Air-Con experience will be highly regarded What's the Offer
