• Melbourne CBD We’re seeking a Lead Technical Systems Analyst to join a leading energy organisation, turning business requirements into clear technical solutions. Working across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security and Operations, you’ll help teams understand complex systems, plan changes and deliver reliable services. What you’ll do
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, diagrams and engineering stories.
• Assess changes across applications, APIs, integrations and data flows.
• Identify dependencies, risks and requirements for security, performance and reliability.
• Work with architects and engineers to shape practical solutions.
• Support release planning, technical governance and production readiness.
• Assist with complex incidents,



root-cause analysis and system improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor others. What you’ll bring
• Strong experience as a Senior or Lead Technical Systems Analyst, Solution Analyst or similar.
• A solid understanding of APIs, integrations, distributed systems and data flows.
• Experience producing explicit technical documentation and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working with Agile delivery teams and supporting production systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence technical decisions. Experience in energy or another regulated industry, cloud platforms and event-driven integration would be highly regarded. Apply now to find out more.
